چکیده
The distribution of the castings production in world, whose total output is more than 112 million tons, considered. A steady trend to replacement rolled alloy steel, which used for critical engineering products, by Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) outlined. latter ductile cast iron with globular graphite, austempered (isothermally quenched) produce ausferritic (bainitic) structure. dynamics prices main alloying elements ADI (molybdenum, nickel and copper, amount reaches 5 %) considered their growth research goal develop a concept economical (the content Mo, Ni Cu should not exceed 2 retaining sufficient hardenability substantially decreasing cost price. attained most expensive element, molybdenum, minimal level along use microalloying applying one methods hot plastic deformation casting. reduced ‘triad’ compensated microadditives strontium or barium, vanadium, boron, niobium addition misch metal. Several groups economically alloyed irons are proposed: (1) low‑nickel low‑molybdenum increased copper (up 1.8 (2) molybdenum‑free microadditive (3) (4) minimally copper. It shown that deformation, giving product required shape, affects kinetics structural‑phase transformations. acts similarly Mo Ni, shifting TTT‑curve right. Therefore, structure can be obtained at lower cooling rate. mechanical properties such following: ultimate tensile strength 1100–1500 MPa elongation failure 2–4 % bainite; 800–1100 4–7 upper bainite.
